How to entrust your media to us

Record Clinic offers several options for you to entrust your media to us for work:

- Postal Route

The simplest way is to send us your discs or other media, along with your contact details (name/address/tel/email) in suitable packaging (contact us if you have any difficulties) by post to the following address:

If you also wish to return to a Mondial Relay point, please indicate your preference with your shipment.

We can also insure the return if you wish. Please be sure to indicate the value you wish to cover, knowing that in the event of a problem, you will be required to provide proof of value to the carrier concerned.

- Deposit with our partners

You can drop off your records and other media at one of our partners listed on the homepage. Don't forget to include your contact information and a description of the work you'd like us to do. Record Clinic regularly collects your items (once a week), and we'll return them to the same location after the work has been completed and your invoice has been paid. You'll be notified of availability as soon as you drop them off at your Record Clinic partner.

- At the Record Clinic laboratory

By appointment only, you can drop off your work at our office located in Tessancourt-sur-Aubette (near Meulan in Yvelines). We will be happy to welcome you there!

- By carrier

Depending on your choice, we accept insured shipments from our carrier. However, please be sure to provide us with shipping details and our contact information to the service provider to ensure secure delivery.

- At your place

Located in the Paris region, Record Clinic can handle your media and return it to your home free of charge within the Paris region, subject to volume requirements. This applies to operations such as partial or complete collections of personal or professional collections. Please contact us to discuss your project and allow us to submit our best proposal.

In all cases - Payment

We will invoice you upon completion of the work for the services actually performed with your consent. You will receive an email with a secure card payment link. You can also pay us by bank transfer or PayPal if you prefer.
